This inspection will allow home sellers to gain a better understanding of a home’s condition before putting it on the market. Knowledge of defective areas of the home will give you time to arrange repairs you deem necessary and to inform prospective buyers so that negotiations can proceed without delay.
New Construction Inspection
You should schedule this inspection when construction is drawing to a close on your new home. Before the builder’s final walkthrough, we’ll arrive on-site to provide a qualified third-party opinion about the condition of the property. If we encounter any issues during the inspection, you’ll have time to consult with the builder before final closing.
New Construction Phase Inspections
This inspection can be scheduled for as many phases of construction on a new home as you deem necessary. We’ll check for safety issues and defective materials at key intervals before construction proceeds to the next phase so that the defective area is still accessible and can be repaired without causing major delay or damage due to necessarily invasive techniques.
11th Month Warranty Inspection
Your new home is probably protected by a 1-year warranty, and it’s a good idea to take advantage of that protection. This inspection will assess the current condition of your home, aiming to reveal any defects that could possibly be covered under your warranty agreement before your warranty runs out.
When a component of a home is found to be defective during one of our inspections, we’ll be glad to return to the property once the problem has been resolved. We’ll thoroughly examine the repaired or replaced component to ensure that the original issue is no longer present and that no other issues have surfaced due to the repairs or other modifications.
Although we include this inspection service with a complete home inspection, we also offer it as a standalone service. We’ll thoroughly evaluate your prospective home for signs of termite damage and active infestations—insidious problems that can cost homeowners thousands of dollars.
Commercial Property Inspection
We can inspect any commercial property, no matter how big or small the property may be. Whether you’re trying to open a restaurant or you’re looking to invest in an industrial facility, we’ll identify the strengths and weaknesses of the property so that you have the information you need to make a good investment decision.
